Please read these Terms of Service carefully before placing an order with Mint My Property. By using this website or submitting an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. This service is operated by Orange Otter Holdings, LLC, a Maryland limited liability company.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Description of Service
Mint My Property provides a one-time service that records a property address on the Base blockchain as a non-fungible token (NFT) for a flat fee of $99. This is a timestamping and digital recording service. The service does not transfer legal title, establish property ownership, create a deed, or produce any legally binding instrument of property ownership. The blockchain record, once created, is permanent and immutable.

No Legal or Title Guarantee
The NFT minted through this service is a digital record on a public blockchain. It does not constitute a deed, title, lien, mortgage, or any other legal instrument recognized under state or federal law. Mint My Property makes no representation that a minted NFT has any legal effect on property ownership, title, or encumbrances. You should consult a licensed real estate attorney or title company for any legal questions regarding property ownership.

Customer Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for providing accurate information at the time of your order, including the correct property address and a valid blockchain wallet address. We will mint the exact information you submit. We are not responsible for errors, typos, or inaccuracies in the information you provide. Refunds are not available once minting has been completed. We recommend copying your property address directly from Google Maps to ensure accuracy before submitting your order.

Payment
The service fee is $99 USD per property address, payable by credit or debit card (processed securely via Stripe) or Venmo (@MintMyProperty). Payment is due at the time of order. All sales are final once minting has been completed. For cancellations and refunds, please see our Refund Policy.

Processing Timeline
We aim to complete minting within 24–48 hours of receiving your order and payment. Occasional delays may occur due to blockchain network conditions, gas fee fluctuations, or other technical factors outside our control. We will notify you of any significant delays and will provide you the opportunity to cancel for a full refund if the delay is unacceptable.

Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including but not limited to text, design, graphics, logos, and code — is the property of Orange Otter Holdings, LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this site without prior written permission from Orange Otter Holdings, LLC.

Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Orange Otter Holdings, LLC makes no warranties regarding the value, marketability, legal significance, or future utility of any minted NFT. Blockchain technology is an evolving field and we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, permanent network availability, or the continued recognition of NFTs by any third party.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Orange Otter Holdings, LLC's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to this service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service ($99). We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use this service.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms or the service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Harford County, Maryland. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Severability
If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
